Virtual Girls: Girls and Digital Media: My Digital Autobiography
Your autobiography is great, thank you for sharing it. While house phones were ubiquitous during my girlhood, many of the conveniences we now enjoy weren't. I remember how excited I was when we finally got tone dialing, then again for call waiting and then a cordless phone!
I loved your story! My dad worked for the phone company in the late 1960's and early 70's so we had a few items that others were not privy too...such as a 50 foot long phone cord! I could talk to my friends on the phone will doing all my housework with this really long cord! Let's not talk about the tangles in the cord shall we? lol Thank you for sharing!
