Women make up about 13% of Wikipeadia Contributors

Wikipedia Ponders Its Gender-Skewed Contributions

What are your thoughts on how women do not contribute to a site that allows anyone to post on any subject? Do you think women do not feel they have expertise? or that they should be the passive users of the site?
